The Bonus Check Card is an incentive program that awards points to our cardholders for signature based Mastermoney Card transactions - including automatic payments, online purchases, and signed POS transactions.
Enrollment occurs automatically when the cardholder completes a signature-based transaction.
Cardholders earn 1 point for every $2.00 spent on signature based transactions (make sure to choose "Credit" instead of "Debit")
Annual point cap is 100,000 points ($200,000.00 spent)
Points expire 5 years after they are earned.
Point balance viewable on website www.bonuscheckcard.com or through voice response unit 1-866-669-2427. The information is updated monthly by the 10th. For Example Points earned on December 15th will not show up until January 10th.

Louisiana Bancorp, Inc. Added To Russell Microcap Index

Metairie, Louisiana (June 30, 2008) Louisiana Bancorp, Inc. (LABC) today announced it has been added to the Russell Microcap Index after the Russell Investment Group reconstituted its comprehensive set of U.S. and global equity indexes on June 27, 2008.

Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors for both index funds and as benchmarks for passive and active investment strategies. The Company will hold its membership until Russell reconstitutes its indexes in June 2009.

"We are pleased with our inclusion in this index, which reflects our continued positive momentum," said Lawrence J. LeBon, III, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Russell is an industry leader for stock indexes, and we expect our inclusion will generate greater interest in our stock among institutional investors.

The annual reconstitution of the Russell Microcap Index captures the 1,000 smallest U.S. stocks in the Russell 2000, plus the next 1,000 stocks as of the end of May.

BNO has added additional security features to your Internet Banking experience. We have implemented layered authentication through the PassMark (TM) system. What this means for you is added security insuring that only you have access to your accounts and verifying that you are truly on the BNO Internet Banking site and not a fraudulent look-alike. This is accomplished through a series of challenges, including a unique private image and pass phrase that you set up to appear on your log-in page. The Image and Pass Phrase should appear on the screen each time you log-in -- if they match, simply enter your Password and click Submit. If they DO NOT MATCH, DO NOT ENTER YOUR PASSWORD.
